Immerse yourself in a one hour sound journey to honor yourself and the energy around you. The sounds and vibrations of the instruments will support you to rest, reset and release.

2 Hour Restorative Yoga and Massage with Sound Healing
Join Brittany C. and Regina on Saturday 9/28 from 3-5pm for a 2-hr Restorative Yoga and Sound Healing experience. Your practice will include hands-on massage by Brittany and a tuning fork relaxation technique with Regina.
You can expect longer held restorative postures, comfortably supported by props (bolsters, blocks, blankets, eye pillows, etc) while listening to the healing sounds of crystal bowls, chimes, drums, Tibetan bowls, and more. Pre-diluted essential oils will be offered.
You don't want to miss this 2-hr practice just before the October Full Moon.
