We have a 30-day policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to notify us that any items are defective, incorrect or missing parts.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
All sales are final. We do not accept returns for any items. We try our best to accurately display and describe each and every items through photos and/or videos. Clients understand the items may vary slightly due to the uniqueness of each crystal and differences in the screen coloring.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
If items are defective or damaged, we can offer an exchange if we have the item in stock. If out of stock, you will receive a shop credit. If you need to exchange an items, send us an email at email@example.com.
Your are responsible for the shipping costs for a return or exchange. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.
